My name is Katy Adair and I'm a private childcare provider /

expert in fun learning based in St. Louis, MO.

I graduated from Truman State University with a BA in Spanish Language/Literature, and undergraduate studies in Child Development, Psychology, and Disability Studies;

in 2019 I graduated with my Masters of Special Education.

​

I have a total of 12 years of experience working in childcare and education. I have taught in public schools with kindergarten through sixth grade students, served as a special education IEP case manager, worked in preschool classrooms, provided in-home nanny services, tutored elementary Spanish, and taught English Language Learners.

I taught K-2 Special Education within the Winfield R-IV School District in MO for 3 years, specializing in Social & Emotional Disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, and developmental delays.

In July 2022, I left teaching in pursuit of a healthier work-life balance, but a continued passion for making learning accessible and fun for kids. 

I am proud to work closely with local families and maintain a small clientele base to best accommodate each family/team.
